The law states a man is innocent until proven guilty. A judge must be fair and impartial and not be swayed by public opinion. I think sex offenses and violent crimes are the worst crimes , regardless Pauls protected by the same rights as everyone else. Fortunatly for paul he has the money to hire the most expensive and experienced defense attorneys in NH that have the ability to protect his rights and make persuasive arguments. Judge Nadeau has to stay within the lines of the law or she will just give the defense ammunition for appeal. Reams has not cited any violation of the judicial code of conduct. Just my opinion but It seems to me as though Prosecutor Reams is running a smear campaign condeming a reputable judge for what I believe is for his own personal political benifit. I do believe we should have the right to vote our judges in or out of office as they do in other states. This is so simple, it amazes me that many people do not see through it. A judge is there to keep the balance, that is all. It is not up to the judge to argue bail, that is for the attorneys. If there is no argument, how can anyone blame this judge. Is it only myself who see's that Ream's has taken this situation and tried to place blame where there is no blame. Instead of saying his office made an error, he lies. That is it, he has lied, knowing most people do not care for what the processes are, why the judge is there, and his offices responsibilities. It was up to his office to place an argument before the court and his office did not do this. That is the reason this criminal has another victim. It is that simple. I find it very sloppy legal work and not much for our tax dollars. People have to remember that the legal system might not be perfect, but it is there to protect innocent people. A judge has to keep opinion from his or her mind and only deal with what is put before them. And in this case Ream's office failed to put the proper arguments before them. Didn't even try as a matter of his own words. What does that say about his office? I'd not be here commenting if I had not been one of the people who sat there thinking that the judge was to blame. I feel that Ream's betrayed the public when he lied to keep the public from seeing the truth. Anyone that cannot face the consequences of their own actions is a coward in my opinion, and maybe not worthy of holding the office he does. The public does not need more liars, we understand that mistakes happen, even that they are sometimes a good learning tool, but not if they are not owned. To lie and pretend tells me that this man should not be where he is. One lie leads to more, and more lies, corruption, and God only knows what else. Maybe the media needs to get all sides of stories before they print it as well.

A doctor who examined the young man accusing Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim of sodomy testified today there was evidence of sexual penetration even though he found no injuries.
Anwar, a former deputy premier who was sacked and jailed on separate sex and corruption counts a decade ago, has insisted the charges have been concocted in a conspiracy to end his political career.
On Thursday prosecutors at his trial took aim at the defence's argument that medical reports showed no evidence of anal sex.
Mohamad Razali Ibrahim, a doctor at Kuala Lumpur Hospital who examined 25-year-old Mohamad Saiful Bukhari Azlan after he complained he had been sodomised in 2008, said semen was detected on swabs he took from his body.
"With all the reports before me now, I would say there is evidence of penetration even without clinical injuries. With the presence of semen I would say there is anal penetration," he told the court.
The hearing adjourned for the day but defence counsel Sankara Nair said outside the court that the semen could have been introduced artificially.
"The semen could be anybody's, they have not established whose semen it is," he told reporters.
Nair said that Anwar had an alibi and would argue that during the time of the alleged incident, at an upmarket Kuala Lumpur condominium, he was in fact at a meeting at another apartment in the building.
"The alibi is our defence. He (Anwar) was at the opposite condo with several people including the owner," he said.
Anwar has said he is the victim of a plot to prevent him from taking power, after the opposition made huge strides in 2008 elections, stunning the ruling Barisan Nasional coalition which has been in power for half a century.
The trial began in February but has been punctuated by lengthy delays. At the end of the week it will go into a hiatus until mid-July.
Anwar is seeking to gain hold of medical reports, clinical notes, specimens and others prepared by Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL) surgical specialists Dr Mohd Razali Ibrahim, Dr Khairul Nizam Hassan and Dr Siew Sheue Feng. He also wants Mohd Saiful's medical history at HKL.
These three specialists have conducted medical tests on Mohd Saiful on the alleged sodomy.
Anwar's application was filed this morning and the matter will be heard before trial judge Mohamad Zabidin Mohd Diah on June 18.
Anwar in his supporting affidavit said that Mohd Razali's evidence in court yesterday contradicted the earlier findings in a report dated July 13, 2008.
Cross-examination delayed
The court was scheduled to hear the cross-examination of Mohd Razali by the defence this morning. He had yesterday confirmed that Mohd Saiful was sodomised.
However Anwar's lawyer Karpal Singh informed the court of the application for the medical documents which the defence team needed so that their Australian forensic expert Assoc Prof David Lawrence Noel Wells can scrutinise them.
Earlier, when questioned by lead prosecutor Mohamed Yusof Zainal Abiden, Mohd Razali, 37, who is attached to the Department of Surgery of HKL, testified that the equipment used to examine Mohd Saiful had been sterilised.
The doctor said the moisture found in Mohd Saiful's perianal area could be caused by a water-based material and a lubricant gel.
When shown a lubricant gel, Mohd Razali agreed with the prosecution that the gel could be used in a sexual act as well as to examine the anus of the patient.
Asked if Mohd Saiful had told him that somebody had inserted a plastic object in his anus, Dr Mohd Razali replied: "No."
14 names as alibi
Meanwhile in another development, Anwar's notice of alibi to support his claim that he was not present at the condominium unit where the alleged sodomy took place listed names of 14 witnesses, including that of his wife Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.
The alibi notice had been submitted to the court earlier this week. In it Anwar claimed that between 3.01pm and 4.30pm, during which time the alleged sodomy took place, on June 26, 2008, he was at unit 11-5-2 and not at the unit 11-5-1 as claimed by his accuser Mohd Saiful.
Apart from Wan Azizah's name as his witness, the notice also included two unnamed maids of the units' owner Hassanuddin Abdul Hamid.
The others named as witnesses were Abdullah Sani Said, Ibrahim Yaakob, Mokhtar Mustafa, Nik Mahmood Nik Hassan, Hahhanuddin, Noor Sham Abdul Hamid, Prof Mohamed Ariff Abdul Kareem, Mohd Khoharullah Abdul Majid, Raymond Yeoh Cheng Seong, Mohd Sidek Nik Abu Bakar and Omar Merican.
Anwar was charged with sodomising Mohd Saiful at Unit 11-5-1 of the Desa Damansara Condominium, Jalan Setiakasih, Bukit Damansara, between 3.01pm and 4.30pm on June 26, 2008.
He is charged under Section 377B of the Penal Code and faces up to 20 years in jail and whipping if convicted.

Which condo unit?
Meanwhile Mohd Saiful, when questioned by Anwar's lead counsel Karpal Singh, denied that Anwar was in another condominium unit at the time of the alleged act.
Mohd Saiful, the prosecution's key witness in the sodomy trial, maintained that Anwar was at the unit of the Desa Damansara Condominium where the alleged sodomy took place, and not in another unit of the condominium as suggested by Anwar's counsel Karpal Singh.
Saiful said he had gone to the first unit of the condominium on June 26, 2008, to deliver a document to Anwar.
Karpal Singh: I put it to you that what you stated in your testimony in court did not take place in Unit 11-5-1 of that condominium.
Mohd Saiful: Not true.
Karpal Singh: I put it to you that Anwar was in Unit 11-5-2 of that condominium.
Mohd Saiful: No.
Karpal Singh: Again, as you said in court, it was not true that Anwar was in Unit 11-5-1 of the condominium.
Mohd Saiful: No. He was in Unit 11-5-1.
Karpal Singh: I suggest that Anwar was in Unit 11-5-2.
Mohd Saiful: No.
Karpal Singh then told the court that he had submitted the copy of the alibi notice that his client was not present at Unit 11-5-1 as alleged, to the prosecution on June 19 last year.
Judge Datuk Mohamad Zabidin Mohd Diah allowed Karpal Singh's application that the hearing, subsequently, be held in camera as it involved the alibi notice of his client.
The hearing in camera took about 14 minutes and the public were allowed to re-enter the courtroom after the defence had finished its cross-examination of Mohd Saiful, who appeared calm and soft-spoken while answering Karpal Singh's questions.
Anwar, 63, who is also the Permatang Pauh Member of Parliament, is charged with sodomising Mohd Saiful, 25, his former aide, at Unit 11-5-1, Desa Damansara Condominium, Jalan Setiakasih, Bukit Damansara here, between 3.01pm and 4.30pm on June 26, 2008.

A Juvenile Court judge has ordered at least four teenage girls who were victims of sexual assault to submit to polygraph tests, baffling prosecutors and upsetting the victims.Cuyahoga Juvenile Court Judge Alison Floyd ordered victims in separate cases to be examined after she had found their attackers delinquent, the Juvenile Court equivalent of guilty.
Not only that, the teenage rape victims are responsible for paying for the cost of their own lie detector tests, AND the alleged perpetrators in these rape cases were made aware that their victims were being ordered to undergo the tests, which has led at least one attacker to tell his peers that the judge didn't believe his victim.
None of the teen victims has followed Judge Floyd's order as of yet, and a local prosecutor's office has filed a motion to stop her from ordering rape victims to submit to polygraph tests. You'd think that for a woman smart enough to become a judge, common sense would dictate that being raped is traumatic enough; no victim should have to pay for an inquisition afterward.
A British senior judge is being investigated by the Ministry of Justice after UK newspaper the News of the World revealed his association with a 25-year-old 'rent boy' - a male prostitute.

- Never forget to stretch a bit before you start any exercise. This will warm up your muscles and give faster results.
- Just exercising is not enough. You need to eat right in order to get the look you want. Follow a diet that is not too strict but at the same time, is healthy. A diet comprising wholesome foods that are processed as little as possible, lean protein, and complex carbohydrates will help you build lean muscle.
- Sitting for long periods without much movement puts a lot of pressure on your lower back and hamstrings since your butt is not used. This leads to the muscles starting to shrivel. Solution? Don’t spend so much time on your ass!
