It’s time we accept that people no more look at beauty as something superficial. To be successful and popular in a fiercely competitive world, you should know how to turn ordinary into extraordinary with a combination of social and physical skills. Ad-man Prahlad Kakkar says, “The ad industry gets millions of resumes everyday. To stand out in the crowd, you got to have chutzpah and charm along with dashing looks. I only hire good-looking people because I want to see nice faces around me! And it’s not only women, men are also expected to have the desired erotic capital.” The Obamas, not conventionally beautiful, can easily attribute their success to their erotic capital. Both Barack and Michelle have smartly utilised their innate social intelligence and body language to reach where they stand today.
